中心介绍

国信DRS隶属于国信信息安全研究与服务中心，该中心于1987年开始信息安全工作，是国内最早从事网络与信息安全研究和技术服务的单位之一。经过三十多年的发展， 在信息安全战略与政策研究、决策支持、网络安全工程建设与管理、安全服务、标准化工作、沟通交流服务等领域取得诸多成果， 积累了丰富的实践经验,具有较强的综合实力。目前拥有国家信息化专家咨询委员1人，博士后2人，博士3人。为了适应信息安全的需要，国信信息安全研究与服务中心在引进国际先进的数据修复技术的基础上， 自主研发了适合中国计算机用户的数据修复技术，是国内首家提供数据恢复服务的单位， 自1999年开展数据恢复业务以来，在硬件及磁盘阵列服务器数据恢复技术上一直处于国内领先水平， 并积累了大量的成功案例，得到了广大用户和主管单位的好评，主要服务规范已成为业内事实标准。 2001年被原国家信息化领导小组计算机网络与信息安全管理办公室定为国家计算机应急恢复服务定点单位； 2003年被国家保密局批准为首家国家涉密数据恢复定点单位，2006年3月再次获得国家涉密数据恢复单项资质。2016年获得全国唯一涉密信息系统集成数据恢复甲级资质，2020年再次获得涉密数据恢复及涉密信息系统咨询甲级资质。

2006年7月，国信信息安全研究与服务中心经北京市司法局批准获得电子数据司法鉴定资质， 并正式成立了电子数据司法鉴定中心。2010年获得中国合格评定国家认可委员会（简称CNAS）实验室认可资质和中国国家认证认可监督管理委员会国家级实验室资质认定（简称CMA），是国内第一批从事电子数据司法鉴定的国家级机构，出具的司法鉴定意见在全球100多个国家可以互认。该中心拥有千级洁净间、百级洁净环境、数据鉴定实验室和包括博士、硕士等人员组成的电子数据司法鉴定队伍， 为公安、检查、法院系统及律师事务所提供司法鉴定服务，为政府部门、公司及个人提供电子数据鉴定服务。自成立以来，司法鉴定中心多次承担具有重大社会影响力案件的鉴定工作，包括快播案、肯尼亚电信诈骗案、吴谢宇弑母案、多起公共资源交易平台违规招投标案、天津港爆炸案、长城行动等。司法鉴定中心主持了电子数据司法鉴定领域首个部颁规范《电子数据司法鉴定通用实施规范》等多项电子数据司法鉴定科研课题及标准编制，引领了电子数据司法鉴定行业的健康规范发展。

科研能力

国信数据安全处在近几年先后承担了国家发改委信息安全专项课题《存储介质数据恢复服务》、国标编制课题《存储介质数据恢复服务要求》、司法部课题《电子数据司法鉴定通用规范》、国家863课题《智能终端的电子取证关键技术研究及应用示范》。经过多年的项目实施和成果转化，国信完成了Windows文件系统、LINUX文件系统、SCO UNIX文件系统、多系列硬盘读写指令深度解析，RAID5、 RAID6等阵列存储算法研究，解析了SSD为代表的芯片存储基本原理，提出了智能终端电子数据取证模型，形成了“智能终端电子数据取证通用实施规范”，完成了智能终端系统权限管控突破技术、智能终端文件碎片分析技术、智能终端证据时间序列分析技术、基于时间戳和动态多维哈希校验的智能终端证据保全技术、智能终端电子数据取证可信性评估技术、智能终端电子取证平台的研究，最终形成了多个软硬件产品工具，获得了智能终端闪存直读数据恢复软件、智能终端取证案件管理软件、智能终端数据分析展示软件、智能终端数据格式转化软件的软件著作权，制订了国内首个数据恢复国家标准《存储介质数据恢复服务要求》（GB/T 31500-2015）及司法鉴定行业标准《电子数据司法鉴定通用实施规范》（SF/Z JD0400001-2014）。

Authorized by National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and State Information Center, Data Recover Service (DRS) of State Information Center was regenerated from State Information Public Security Service Center in Sep. 2002. It was composed of 6 parts - Net work security infrastructure business department, Network security service business department, PKI R&D department, DRS data recover service, society group service and Lab of Information Security Unite.

To meet information security request, State Information Center introduced edge-cut advanced data recover technique in the world. We also ranked of the Emergency Unit for computer security by State Information Security Office in 2001. In additionally, We exclusively started to provide data recover service for high privacy State Secrecy Bureau from 2003. After that, DRS gained special qualification of high privacy data for State Secrecy Bureau in Mar 2003.

We launched the evaluating of information security through <<China Computer>>in July 2005. What you need to know

There is a fee associated with the Rush Emergency Service. Our specialists will begin work as soon as the media arrives, and will continue, until the data is recovered.

Whether the data loss is the result of mechanical or electrical failure, virus activity, system malfunctions, human error, water, fire or smoke damage, or file corruption, DRS has the uniquely talented people and the resources in-house to solve the problem.

Shipping Instructions

For an accurate diagnosis of your media, it will need to be shipped to our facility. To ensure no further damage to the media, please package it carefully.
1, If possible, wrap the media in an anti-static material.
2, Pack the media in a box twice the size of the media, using foam, bubble or any anti-shock / vibration material. This is to ensure that the media does not move around in the package during shipment.

3, Ship the package directly to our facility using one of these recommended couriers: Federal Express, DHL, and TNT.
